SVAN 946A Vibration Meter and Analyzer The SVAN 946A is all digital, Type 1 vibration meter along with analyzer. Instrument is intended to general vibration measurements, machinery condition monitoring, occupational health and safety monitoring. It can be used by consultants, maintenance services and industry R&D departments etc. Three vibration profiles allow parallel measurements with independently defined filters and RMS detector time constants (concurrent acceleration, velocity and displacement measurements are possible). Each profile provides significant number of results (RMS, VDV, Peak, Peak-Peak, Max). Advanced time history logging for each profile provides complete information about measured signal in non-volatile 8 MB or 48 MB (option) internal memory and can be easy downloaded to any PC using USB 1.1 or RS 232 interface and SvanPC+ software.

All required weighting filters (e.g.: W k , W c , W h , V elMF ) including the latest ISO 2631-1&2 standard are available with this instrument. RMQ detector enables direct measurement of the Vibration Dose Value (VDV). Using computational power of its digital signal processor the SVAN 946A can perform real time 1/1 & 1/3 octave analysis with time history, Min & Max spectra's, real time FFT analysis with spectra's logging and selectable lines number up to 1600; Enveloping; RPM rotation speed measurements with laser tachometer and balancing of the rotation mass. Measurement results can be stored in large 8 MB or 48 MB (option), non-volatile memory and easy downloaded to any PC with SvanPC+ software. Thanks to built-in rechargeable batteries and robust, lightweight design the SVAN 946A can be used in hard environmental conditions over the whole working day. FEATURES
